Access to JustUtilityTools and all of its utility tools is 100% free. Any support payments or tips made through our platform are strictly voluntary contributions to help maintain hosting and continuous tool development. These contributions grant no equity, ownership, voting rights, digital product downloads, or exclusive access rights.

JustUtilityTools provides free on-device utilities for personal and commercial use. All tools execute locally within your web browser — no user files or content are uploaded to our servers. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, exploit, or maliciously reverse engineer the platform.

Voluntary tips and contributions are processed securely by our third-party Merchant of Record provider, Dodo Payments. By completing a payment transaction, you agree to abide by Dodo Payments’ terms and privacy policies.

All software design, layout, web application code, branding, and assets on JustUtilityTools are the intellectual property of JustUtilityTools unless otherwise stated.

The tools provided on JustUtilityTools are delivered "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. JustUtilityTools shall not be liable for any data loss, erroneous calculations, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page.
